Carbon Fiber Tow

Carbon fiber tow is the
basic component unit and production intermediate of carbon fiber. It is formed by hundreds to tens of thousands of carbon fiber filaments with a diameter of 5-10μm arranged in parallel and bundled after being treated with a sizing agent. Its core function is to be made into fabrics, prepregs through processes such as weaving, winding, and pultrusion, or directly formed into composite material components. It is a core raw material meeting the "lightweight and high strength" requirements in fields such as aerospace and high-end manufacturing.
