Carbon Fiber Prepreg

Carbon fiber prepreg is a semi-cured sheet material formed by combining
carbon fiber tows (or fabrics) with a resin matrix through an impregnation process. Its core function is to serve as a "semi-finished raw material" for composite materials. It can be directly formed into high-strength, lightweight components through processes such as hot pressing, winding, and molding. It combines the mechanical properties of carbon fiber with the formability and processability of resin, and is a core intermediate for high-performance composite materials in the aerospace and high-end manufacturing fields.
