Breathable felt

Breathable felt is a functional porous material with high air permeability and resin barrier properties. Its core function is to guide the discharge of air and resin volatiles between the mold and the vacuum bag during composite material molding (such as vacuum bagging, autoclave processes), while preventing liquid resin from permeating and blocking the air-permeable channels. It is a key auxiliary material to ensure that composite products are bubble-free and highly dense, and can also be used in scenarios such as filtration and building ventilation. It complements the functions of glass fiber chopped strand mat (focusing on reinforcement) and vacuum bag (focusing on sealing), and together they form the "exhaust-sealing" system for composite material molding.
